For nearly 50 years, Weather Blanket Insulation has been focused on manufacturing the best products and creating value for our customers. With two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, we ensure that our products are produced with the utmost precision and care.
That is Easy to Say, but Harder to Do. So, How Do We Do It?
Raw Materials:
Our product formula is simple- a proprietary blend of various pre-consumer/post-industrial recycled fiber grades and an all-natural borate fire retardant.
Production Process:
Our state-of-the-art production systems allow for proper blending of the various fibers and allow for consistent application of the fire-retardant borates. Once processed, our packaging technology allows us to optimize bag density for ease of use and stacking. Our in-house labs ensure that customers receive insulation that performs to spec and complies with industry regulations. Additionally, we are certified by Underwriter Laboratories (UL). UL performs monthly visits to audit our processes, lab procedures, and product compliance, as well as provides quarterly product testing at their corporate laboratory.
